THE DEI ADVANTAGE: LEADING DIVERSE TEAMS THAT DRIVE GROWTH
Together with Craig Coffey, former CMO and founder of Way Maker Leadership, the ANA designed this workshop to help people managers assess and create opportunities for greater diversity and inclusion within their own teams. Ideal for those in leadership positions and/or responsible for career development, this workshop equips participants with tools to foster environments of equity and inclusion with their staff, leading to greater creativity and growth for the individual, the unit, and the brand.
GOT BIAS? DEVELOPING A MINDSET OF INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE
Inequity and bias can be uncomfortable and a bit scary to talk about, but together we can tackle it head on. Led by Kisha Dixon, a veteran of the HR and L&D worlds, we invite you to join us in an interactive and engaging virtual training experience that will help participants examine personal biases and build on the skills of self-awareness and self-management. Become a champion in your organization and inspire a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
IMPLICIT BIAS, EXPLICIT RESULTS - TOOLS TO FOSTER A MORE INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE
Developed with Boston-based DEI consultant (and Harvard doctoral candidate) Jeraul Mackey, this ANA workshop helps participants increase awareness around their own unconscious bias and gain concrete strategies for reducing the effect of bias in the workplace. Through engaging and highly interactive discussions, polls, and exercises, participants develop trust while better understanding how their actions can be shaped by implicit, unfair, or uninformed habits of thought.
